Argentina manager Diego Maradona made his team practise penalties ahead of their quarter-final against Germany.
The team joked as balls flew at players. Maradona was also play-fighting with members of his staff.
The Germans beat Argentina on penalties in the quarters of the last World Cup. Striker Goalkeeper Diego Pozo wants to end the game in normal time.
He said: "About penalties, let's hope to God we don't go there, I hope to finish it off before.
"You can watch every video but on the day that you have to take a penalty, they can change the way they shoot, they can change the player and that's it."
Carlos Tevez and Gonzalo Higuain have scored six of Argentina's ten goals. World Player of the Year Lionel Messi is yet to score.
