Emma Bunton has been talking about the new musical theatre-based talent show Don't Stop Believing ahead of its first live show.
The Spice Girl says the show is different as it's an all-singing, all-dancing programme consisting of ready-made groups and unlike the X Factor and Britain's Got Talent, you do not see the audition stages.
She said: "It's one of those shows where you want to get up and join in and sing along".
Blue's Duncan James, former Eastender and current West End star Tamzin Outhwaite, High School Musical choreographer Chucky Klapow and singer Anastacia will all be taking seats on the judging panel to give their expert advice and opinions.
The live shows kick off on Five at 7pm on Sunday 18 July.
