A man carrying two large knives has been arrested after allegedly trying to break into Paris Hilton's mansion in Los Angeles.
The socialite called police after she spotted a man banging on her windows on CCTV.
The 29-year-old was seen wearing a towel on her balcony as the drama unfolded.
She posted the following message on Twitter: "So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes. Cops are here arresting him."
She then posted a photo of officers outside her house and a man in handcuffs.
A spokesperson for the heiress said she was recovering well, despite being a little shaken by her ordeal.
