Sanofi Pasteur, the vaccines division of sanofi-aventis Group, announced today that Canadians now have a new option to protect themselves against the seasonal flu. INTANZA, which has a tiny microneedle more than 10 times smaller than regular flu shot needles, pierces only the skin without penetrating the muscle, and is designed for patients' comfort.
