The video covers everything you need to know to begin playing with the site. In summary there are 3 ways you can feedback to us:
1. click the 'feedback' tab and then click 'contact'
2. send us an email to feedback@evogue.co.uk
3. click the 'feedback' tab, go to the forum and post an idea
Examples of when to feedback
- you found it hard to find information in the help section about how to initiate a return
- you found it confusing to figure out how much postage will cost you
- you had a difficult time booking a return with UPS (for whatever reason)
Other things you should know about:
Currently, the site is not completely ready for the general public, so don’t worry about the following things:
- The site and its emails are branded as ‘I Love Brands’ instead of evogue
- When Collections end, they will disappear from the homepage - we’re still working on improving this
- Terms and Conditions are not yet online
- Invitations have been turned off
