Nurse Anne-Mary visits a Ugandan market to spread the word about Bwindi Community Hospital's voucher scheme, through which, local women can get free maternal healthcare for the price of a loaf of bread. Using a loud speaker she gathers quite a crowd and manages to sign-up over twenty women to participate in this life-saving scheme.
