VAULT is a documentary filmmaking project, giving young people from across the five London 2012 host boroughs the opportunity to produce a series of short films that explore the Olympics and what it takes to be an Olympian. The Ripple Effect - Peter Elliot and Robert Collins talk about their time in the 1948 Olympics. Peter was an Olympic diver and Robert was in the rowing team.
