Leigh Francis' infamous Keith Lemon character has released a fitness DVD alongside 'Call On Me' dancer Deanne Berry.
The new release is entitled Keith Lemon's Fit and includes thrusting, lunging and rolling on exercise balls.
The Celebrity Juice host also offers healthy eating tips.
Lemon and Berry attended the T4 Stars of 2010 event in Earls Court on Sunday night and chatted to stars like Olly Murs.
Francis' other famous character is celebrity stalker Avid Merrion.
