Ken Moelis, founder of boutique investment bank Moelis & Co., expects cross-border M&A to continue, if not increase, in the light of deals such as PespsiCo Inc.'s announced $3.8 billion acquisition of Russian drinksmaker Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC.
