The Carnet d'Evasion tour run by Thistle Travel was bad. I was bullied and extorted.
Even in the freak snowstorm we experienced, I urge you to bring a bathing suit, a towel and flipflops and try the thermal baths here! Our useless, rude tour guide, Ayhan, did not tell us to bring these things and pay a bit extra. I love outdoor bathing in hot springs, and learned this in Iceland. No matter the weather, it is very good for you.
The Hotel Richmond not far away was very good!
