Katie Price has apparently returned from her Alpine break in Klosters to find husband Alex Reid in their marital home.
The glamour model reportedly wants him to leave the house they shared after she released a statement confirming the end of their marriage.
Reid, however, has been pictured at the Surrey property in the last few days.
Sightings of the cage fighter and Celebrity Big Brother winner have been scarce while Katie was on holiday and lawyers have said that he will maintain a "dignified silence" over the marriage breakdown.
At a screening of The Fighter in London, which he was scheduled to attend, Reid's friend, boxer Joe Calzaghe wished him well.
"I spoke to him a few weeks ago. Obviously it's a sad thing he's going through at the moment. I wish them all the best. Unfortunately a lot of people have been through that sort of thing. I've been through it," he said.
Meanwhile, divorceé Meg Matthews, who was once married to Noel Gallagher, had a word of advice for Katie in the future. She said: "Don't get married so quickly."
