Three on one vs a special needs child. This is the problem with schools ran by govt bureaucrats. They do not want to admit that these problems go on under their watch. So they have every incentive to take it lightly, or blame the victim. Since the victim is already isolated it is easier to dismiss them or punish the victim for speaking out. The boys were not suspended for punching the boy as much as they were suspended for getting caught on video and making the superintendant look like the pinhead he is.
