Hey, I'm Jace, and I'm here at The Fifth Estate in Park Slope, Brooklyn, and the drink I'm going to teach is going to be called a Pimm's Cup. So first of, we're going to take our Highball glass and we're going to add a little bit of lemon juice at the bottom and take 2 full slices of cucumber. We're going to muddle all that together so really extracts the flavor and makes the drink easy to drink. So get the muddler in there really down and smash it really well so you can extract the flavors. It shall look about like that. Then we're going to take our Pimm's number 1, which happens to be the wine of Pimm's that is derived from Gin. So we take an ounce and a half of this, put it in there. I'm going to fill the glass with ice, and then we're going to take San Pellegrino Limonata version and fill it with that. Then garnish it with a lemon wedge. This is your Pimm's Cup.
