England team director Andy Flower is facing fierce competition in the race to replace Gary Kirsten as the coach of the Indian cricket team and the competition is coming from Stephen Fleming, the current Chennai Super Kings coach. Another former England coach Duncan Fletcher is also in the race for the coach job.
