WE DIDN'T GET A CALL CENTER IN INDIA!!!! Our bookkeeper loves the fact that she only has to deal with one bill. That reminds me--we did have a small billing issue. She called customer support. And to our surprise--they answered the phone in 2 rings, and we didn't get a call center in India! They solved our issue. All in all we think it is a great bundle of services, and we couldn't be more please. Two thumbs up.
WE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CBEYOND SERVICE! We very happy with our Cbeyond service. In fact, we've recommended it to friends of ours that have their own businesses. It was important for our business to get a real T1 line instead of DSL. We haven't had any problems with it going down. A lot better than what I can say about our old DSL from AT&T/SBC. Its faster, too. We even moved our email, website, and cell phones over to them.
