Question I often get is “what does Revenue Canada think of this program?”. Well, as you can imagine, the CRA does not like it very much. I mean, they are a debt collector on behalf of the government that is what they were set up to do. But what they think about it is not important. Why do I say that?
What really matters are two things: number one is what the income tax act says; number two is what judges say when they interpret the income tax act.
