Pecan Valley is an old San Antonio classic. Most of its popularity and credibility comes from its hosting of the 50th PGA Championship (1968). Pecan Valley is one of my favorites because it has plenty of tall trees and a nice variety of holes. The course also offers enough challenge to keep scratch players in check.
