It washed ashore in Karachi --- sixty-nine feet of decomposing blubber.
Beachgoers were the first to spot the dead whale. By mid-day curious locals were wading into the water for a better look. They climbed onto the monstrous carcass and examined the the whale bone.
Experts from the World Wildlife Fun said the whale appeared to have died at least two weeks earlier, pointing out the level of muscle breakdown.
They also warned locals not to climb over the carcass --- adding that doing so could cause them to develop skin infections.
