Frieda Pinto and Mark Strong lead a stellar line-up at the kick off to the Doha Film Festival.
Their movie "Black Gold" - opened the third edition of the arts event on Tuesday (October 25) which continues to grow in size and scope.
They were joined by other stars including their fellow cast member Tahar Rahim - who starred in "A Prophet" - Hollywood actor Rob Lowe and legendary star Omar Sharif.
"Black Gold" tells the story of a young Arab prince during the oil boom of the 1930s.
He's torn between the old and new worlds when clashing ideals from his father and father-in-law come to a head.
Although their co-star Antonio Banderas wasn't at the festival, Pinto and Strong talked about their respective roles in the movie.

More than 50 films will be screened to both public and private audiences.
The Doha Film Festival ends on Saturday (October 29).
