WE DIDN'T GET A CALL CENTER IN INDIA!!!! Our bookkeeper loves the fact that she only has to deal with one bill. That reminds me--we did have a small billing issue. She called customer support. And to our surprise--they answered the phone in 2 rings, and we didn't get a call center in India! They solved our issue. All in all we think it is a great bundle of services, and we couldn't be more please. Two thumbs up.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRITICAL!!! We chose Cbeyond because we were having trouble with uptime on our telephone service and the quality wasn't what we were looking for. So we did a survey and found Cbeyond to be the best we could find. Customer service is critical to this company. We've been built on good customer service and we're known for that. Therefore, having good telephone service is vital to our operations.
