George Michael was in Vienna, Austria for the start of the European leg of his tour when he became ill.
He was admitted to this hospital on Tuesday (November 23) and diagnosed with pneumonia but reports suggest he's now receiving private treatment.
The former Wham! frontman had to call off his gig in Vienna and another in Strasbourg this week and his illness has also forced the cancellation of his Cardiff dates this weekend (November 26, 27).
Michael had been battling a chest infection for weeks and last month had to pull out of a London gig with a viral infection and high temperature.
It isn't known when he'll be released from hospital or how many other concert dates will be affected.
