Video of the kitchen of the supposedly "Ready To Go" Restaurant rented out by Arcturus Realty. It cost us $16000.00 and in excess of 420 man hours to bring it up to code. All which was denied by Warren Brown of Arcturus Realty and Charles Walwyn of Smart Center Leasing An on going battle to get our money back and compensated for our time.
