Supreme Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein issued a temporary injunction late Sunday night demanding the state respond to appeals against releasing 227 security prisoners scheduled to be transferred to Gaza on Monday. If the state meets Rubinstein's deadline and answers the appeals by on Monday morning, the Israel Prisons Service (IPS) will release 227 Palestinian security prisoners in accordance with a government decision. 12/15/08
