Infolive TV interviewed Dr. Alon Liel, former Director General of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, who held secret, unofficial Track II negotiations with Syrian-American businessman Ibrahim Suleiman. The two reached understandings on potential peace agreements and negotiation tracks between the two countries, understandings that were not adopted by the Israeli Government.
