Israel's official winter is not due to arrive before the end of December, which means that there was almost no rain whatsoever during time periods when it definitely should have rained already. Meanwhile, Europe suffers the complete opposite where in Poland temperatures go as low as 16 degrees below zero and Scholl is cancelled because of high levels of snow in England, Italy and Ireland. Even china is currently experiencing the frizziest weather it had within 30 years. Hopefully soon here is Israel we would finally get to undust our heavy coats and put on our mittens as well.
