Here's one of my tricep / bicep routines. I usually train my arms together with a tricep exercise immediately followed with a bicep exercise. It allows me to train for efficiently & ups the intensity of the workload. So even with a lighter weight your chances of getting results & increasing your strength are higher this way. At least this is what I've found to be the case.
This is the last of my arm routine. I would have recorded the other two but I didn't see a point in giving away my entire routine. 8-] heheheh This is just to give you guys an idea as to how I like to train certain body parts.
