Tastefully executed faithful renditions of the old masters. Remarkably - and thankfully - these Scrapper versions of the old classic tunes are free of the mid-life crisis 'blues cheese" and hokum that usually plagues these kinds of excursions into the Delta cannon. He's obviously done his homework and now pays tribute in his own way...which is the only way.
