LyondellBasell files recast plan, evaluates bid by Reliance

Lyondell Chemical Co. filed a plan to reorganize even as it evaluates an offer from Reliance Industries Ltd., pitting Indias biggest company against lenders in a battle for the bankrupt chemical maker.
