William Slikker Jar, Director Nation Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR), US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), Jefferson, AR, USA was invited by Hari & Aruna Sharma as Global College of Neuroproetction and Neuroregeneration (GCNN) delegate to deliver a Key Note Address on Anesthetics on developing brain and neurotoxicity on May 5th, 2012 in Vth International Association of Neurorestoratology (IANR) and 9th GCNN Congress in Sofitel at Renmin Square, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. His talk was greatly appreciated by the delegates of the congress and stimulated lively discussion form the audience.
