Ethnic tension clouds Kyrgyzstan vote

In the run-up to Kyrgyzstan's parliamentary elections set for Sunday, ethnic tension has re-emerged months after unrest between the country's Uzbek and Kyrgyz communities.

In the southern city of Osh, billboards promoting candidates stood aside posters of those missing and dead following the June violence that killed around 400 people and destroyed hundreds of homes.

James Bays reports from Osh, where some residents are claiming they will boycott the upcoming poll.
