Tech's 'raging' talent wars to result in more 'acqui-hires'

"Because the talent wars are raging now...you have to be able to hire engineers," explains Ben Schachter, analyst at Macquarie. Predicting more acqui-hires, Schachter says that "buying companies is one way to do it."
