Watch this guy stealing a laptop by entering a window in 5 meter height climbing up the rainpipe. There were two people sleeping in the room while he entered through the window, grabbed the laptop from the table, and left through the window again. All within a few minutes before the people woke up and yelled after him. If you recognize this person, please contact the police in Brussels/Ixelles. Thanks!
