The responsibility of a government is to ensure development and progress in the state, said Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi in Chhattisgarh. But the state government in this state is not taking any effective measures in this regard, alleged the Congress leader. Rahul Gandhi also said that the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre has been framing policies for the welfare of all sections of the people.
