Libyan officials say they have intercepted two boats from Qatar carrying a cache of weapons for rebel forces in the country. It's said the load included about a hundred Belgian-made assault rifles, along with thousands of rounds of ammunition. So far, only the French admit to supplying weapons to Libyan anti-government forces. Brian Johnson-Thomas, a former arms trafficking expert for the UN Security Council, says it's a dangerous violation of the arms embargo.
