A powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake has struck off the coast of Japan. A tsunami warning was issued, which was later lifted. Residents of the north-east of the country were told to evacuate to higher ground. RT talks to Dr Tim Wright, an earthquake expert from the UK's University of Leeds.
