The trial of deposed Egyptian president, Hosni Mubarak, has resumed in Cairo after a months-long break.
Mubarak is charged with ordering the killing of protesters during the uprising earlier this year.
Wednesday's session lasted for only a few hours. The next session is set for January 2.
