An Afghan employee of the US shot dead one American and wounded another inside a CIA office in Kabul on Sunday, in the latest in a series of brazen attacks on compounds in the Afghan capital.
The attack came almost two weeks after a sustained Taliban assault on the US embassy and nearby NATO headquarters, and a week after a suicide bomber killed the government's top peace envoy.
