1 Choose Your LLC Name. - The first step in choosing an LLC in Oregon is choosing the name of your LLC. Once you choose the name, you should check the Oregon LLC database to make sure the name has not been taken.

Paper Filing - To do a paper filing you should download the Oregon Articles of Organization and completely fill out the form as well as attach a check for $100 made payable to the 'Secretary of State'. 3 Wait for LLC. - After filing, you will have to wait for your Limited Liability Company to process and be sent to you in the standard mail.
