Steps
1 Online Filing. - To file online you will have to first get an EIN number from the IRS. You can apply online.
2 Choose Your LLC Name. - You want to choose the name for your LLC. If you have a name you would like to use you may want to check to see if it has been taken, check with the Massachusetts LLC Search Tool.
3 Go to Website. - Click on 'File Online'. You will be guided through the steps and asked the required questions in order to compete your LLC formation.
You will need to pay a filing fee of $520.

4 Paper Filing. - Download the Massachusetts Articles of Organization. Completely fill in all the necessary blanks.
Create a check in the amount of $500 and make payable to the 'Massachusetts Secretary of State'
Mail Articles of Organization along with the filing fee to the following address: Secretary of the Commonwealth, One Ashburton Place, Room 1717, Boston, Massachusetts 02108-1512
