Security in Afghanistan has been scrutinized and debated in Moscow, as well. The Russian capital is hosting an international conference on terrorism and drug trafficking in the country. The meeting was organised by the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation which includes Russia, China and four former Soviet Central Asian republics.
