Afghan and NATO officials are investigating the latest incident in a string of so-called insider attacks. An Afghan soldier turned his gun on NATO forces at a checkpoint in eastern Wardak province. A US soldier and a civilian contractor were killed. Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Kabul.
