New footage released by an Australian coroner Tuesday shows the events leading to a Brazilian student's death.

According to local media, the New South Wales coroner is investigating if police followed guidelines when they tasered Roberto Laudisio Curti.

The 21-year-old died on March 18 after he was chased down and repeatedly tasered by police following a convenience store disturbance.

Previously unreleased security camera footage from central Sydney captured the events.

Officials said he was on LSD which made him paranoid and restless.

Witness Tommy Wang was in court to testify Tuesday.
