Ukraine has agreed to get rid of all its weapons-grade nuclear material within 2 years. Russia and the US are also expected to confirm they too, will be cutting excess plutonium stockpiles. All this comes as a major two-day summit aimed at keeping atomic material out of terrorist hands starts in Washington. 50 nations are attending... but not Iran and North Korea.
