A day after the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) submitted its detailed report to the International Cycling Union, comes another admission, this time from Lance Armstrong's former masseuse Emma O'Reilly claiming the seven time Tour de France winner was the ringleader. O'Reilly, said, "Lance is the alpha male in any group. So Lance, wherever he would be, was going to be the ringleader in anything. So Lance was to any extent the ringleader."
