Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi said that Congress has always been committed for the welfare and development of Kashmir. While addressing a rally in Kashmir she said that country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru was having a clear vision for development in Kashmir.
