Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is suing vodka company, Devotion Spirits, for five million dollars. As John Basedow reports, the MTV Jersey Shore star says the Devotion owes him a ten percent share in the company and other contract obligations that weren't fulfilled while he was endorsing their protein infused vodka beverage.
