A large asteroid is hurtling towards the Earth and could cause a major catastrophe if it collides with our planet in 2036. The asteroid, called Apophis, is approaching at 10km per second and scientists are warning that an impact would be far more devastating than the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
