The country's accession to NATO's Membership Action Plan and the situation in Georgia's breakaway republics are expected to dominate the agenda. Ahead of the visit, Rice said the U.S. administration believes it can help Georgia resolve the frozen conflicts with its breakaway republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
