Five years ago, a deadly firestorm killed hundreds of children at School No.1 in Beslan, and the memories of that tragic day still linger. For those who were personally affected by the tragedy, the pain will probably never subside. But for the rest of us, there is an uncertainty, a question of 'Can this happen to MY loved ones' that often drives our deepest fears.
