STORY: Artists from around the world spread holiday season cheer by wishing everyone a happy holiday. Viola Davis, Ewan McGregor and Naomi Watts kept it simple by wishing a Merry Christmas to all. Tom Cruise, Tom Hardy and Gerard Butler wished everyone a heartfelt happy New Year. And Matt Damon joked that film cameras don't celebrate Christmas, but then broke into a smile, looked to the camera and wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
